Meet Josh and Jennifer Rosheisen, the dynamic duo behind Home Glow! Our journey began with a shared passion for exceptional customer service and quality construction. Josh brings over 14 years of experience in scaling a mid-size construction company, having completed more than 800 exterior construction projects in his final year of ownership, with a lifetime completion of more than $100 million in total projects. Jennifer contributes over 5 years of experience in the construction industry, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
After selling his construction business to his business partner, Josh took a year off but soon realized how much he missed the industry. Ready to dive back into what we love, we created Home Glow. We offer roofing, windows, and exterior construction solutions that enhance the beauty and functionality of any home — and we’re excited to share these solutions with you.
When we’re not immersed in the world of construction, we’re out enjoying our hobbies and all the best parts of Parker County! You might find Josh playing volleyball at GameOn, mountain biking at Quanah Hill, or fishing at Eagle Mountain Lake. Meanwhile, Jennifer might be teaching Parker County 4-H Horsemanship or preparing for a weekend with the US Army Reserves. She also maintains her license as a Real Estate Agent, giving Home Glow unique insights into the special needs of construction projects within the context of home sales and purchases.
