Home Glow Exteriors is a veteran-owned and woman-owned roofing and exterior restoration company based in Weatherford, Texas. We replace and repair residential, commercial and multifamily roofs, and handle complete exterior renovations: siding, replacement windows, exterior painting, stucco and brick, and fencing. Our crews work Weatherford, Aledo, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Brock, Annetta, Springtown, Azle, Fort Worth and the Mid-Cities every week, so inspections are usually available the same week you call. We specialize in hail and wind damage restoration and manage the entire insurance claim from the first inspection through the final payment. Free inspections and written estimates.

Meet Josh & Jennifer Rosheisen
Josh brings 17 years of construction industry experience, including scaling a mid-size construction company he later sold. In his final year of ownership he completed more than 800 exterior construction projects, and over his career has overseen more than $100 million in total completed projects. After selling his construction business, Josh took a year off — but soon realized how much he missed the industry, and Home Glow Exteriors was born.
Jennifer brings more than 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a sharp eye for detail. She also teaches Parker County 4-H Horsemanship, serves in the U.S. Army Reserves, and maintains her license as a Real Estate Agent.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys volleyball, mountain biking and fishing.
We believe that roofing, windows, and exterior construction are more than just structural elements — they're about creating a lasting impression, enhancing curb appeal, and making a house feel like home.
